Impact Window Quotes is a free referral service that matches Florida homeowners with independent, licensed, insured impact window and door installers. We are not a contractor, do not perform installations, and do not sell products.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Site. By submitting the form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are either the property owner or authorized to request quotes for the property.

When you submit a quote request, we share your information with up to three vetted installers who will contact you directly. Any agreement, quote, warranty, product, workmanship, financing, or service you arrange is strictly between you and the installer. We are not a party to that agreement and make no representations or warranties about installers' work, pricing, or performance.

By submitting the form, you agree that we and the installers we match you with may contact you by phone, SMS, or email at the details you provided, including through automated technology, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not use the Site to send spam or harass installers or other users.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Do not use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by or licensed to Impact Window Quotes and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (including installer websites). We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties.

THE SITE AND REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR INSTALLER WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPACT WINDOW QUOTES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INSTALLER ENGAGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Window Quotes and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your interactions with installers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
